Always Available
We take a cluster based approach to web serving. We maintain a
pool of servers to handle requests coming to your web site. When
a request is received by our network, it is directed to a server
from our pool of servers. Many servers, directed by a
load-balancing system, take turns serving your site. So if one
server is unable to handle the load or is down, the request is
passed to the next available server. This eliminates dependency
on any one server. Added benefits include improved response
time, site availability and concurrency. Unlike most web hosting
companies, we do not place your web site on just a single
server, where your web site's uptime is dependent on that
server.
'Self-Healing' Systems
A centralized system, also developed in-house, checks system
health and ‘heals’ our infrastructure when problems do occur. If
a server fails for whatever reason, it is automatically shut
down and is removed from our pool of active servers. When that
happens, requests coming to your web site are sent to other
'healthy' servers.
Fault Tolerant Storage Systems

multi-terabyte storage system to store your web site and e-mail
data. Our terabyte storage is based on a RAID system. This gives
your site high performance, scalability and immunity from disk
